The rent is affordable, but there are sounds of airplanes a lot, there are no markets, shopping centers, etc. around. One can do something like a restaurant or cafe. In the summer, the site is crowded, when the summer is over, it is a boring place. I'm giving 5 stars because I can still sit here ?
