You can't eat better boiled meat in Mardin. The only flavor that hasn't changed for 40 years.

Small restaurant well known by the locals and renowned for its lamb "haşlama", a pure delight. Simple but excellent, lovely welcome, free carafe water and tea too.

The thing they put on the plate by adding the aroma of meat and bone to the water without using spices and sweeteners looks overwhelmingly perfect against the word boiling .. I haven't tried the pilaf, the casserole is beautiful but the boiling is indescribable ...
