Daha sonra ürünle ilgili aynı sıkıntıyı yaşadığım zaman tekrar gönderdim, hiç bir şekilde negatif bir yaklaşımda bulunmadan yardımcı oldular. Yeni ürün temin ettiler. Sıkıntıyı gidermek adına ellerinden gelen her şeyi yapıyorlar. Son derece ilgili ve işlerini hızlı yapmaya çalışan bir firma. Çok memnun kaldım teşekkür ederim ?
When I had a problem with my Oral b toothbrush, I contacted the company and their approach was very nice and helpful. They sent the product again in a short time. Later, when I had the same problem with the product, I sent it again, they helped without any negative approach. They provided new product. They are doing everything they can to relieve the boredom. It is a company that is extremely involved and tries to do its work quickly. I am very satisfied thank you ?
