Çalışanların müşteri geliş öncelik sırasına daha fazla özen göstermesi gerekli. Ayrıca çevrede araç bırakmaya uygun yer olmaması da bir diğer güçlük oluyor.

İşletmeci olmak için önce iş ahlakı olması gerekiyor, ürünleriniz kaliteli olabilir ama müşteri her daim haklıdır.
