★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sizin firmadan şikayetçiyiz hiçbir şeye önem vermeden en vasat, en beceriksiz elemanlarını bize göndermişsiniz. Hiçbir şeyden anlamadıkları bir gerçek. 1-Davlumbaz havalandırma bacası deliğinin üzerinden boru hattını çekerek baca deliğini kullanışsız hale getirdiler.
2- Doğalgaz vanasını talep ettiğimiz dolabın içerisinden çekmeyerek diğer dolabı kestiler ve vanayı tezgahın ortasına ve prize yakın yerleştirdiler.
Bu arada bu firmayı kimseye önermiyorum çok acemice ve uyduruk bir şekilde yaptılar her şeyi şikayetlerimizi dile getirdiğimiz halde bir sürü bahane uydurdular ve hiç ilgilenmediler.
We complain about your company, you sent us the most mediocre and incompetent employees without giving importance to anything. It is a fact that they do not understand anything. 1-They made the chimney hole useless by pulling the pipeline over the hood ventilation chimney hole.
2- They did not pull the natural gas valve out of the cabinet we requested, they cut the other cabinet and placed the valve in the middle of the counter and close to the socket.
By the way, I do not recommend this company to anyone, they did everything in a very clumsy and fake way, even though we voiced our complaints, they made up a lot of excuses and they didn't care at all.
