Çalışan olarak tüm hukuki ve sosyal haklarınızı alabildiğiniz nadir firmalar arasında bence Dorçe. Ben doğum sonrası çocuğumu büyütmek için kendi rızamla istifa etmiştim ama fırsatım olsa tekrar çalışmak isterdim.
I worked in the Dorce family for about 3 years. As an employee throughout my business life, I did not feel the sense of belonging in another private firm. I think Dorce is one of the rare companies where you can get all your legal and social rights as an employee. I resigned with my own consent to raise my child after birth, but I would like to work again if I had the opportunity.
