★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bugün saat 15:39 da vermiş olduğum sipariş için 55 dakika sonra kurye beni aradı ve yoğunluk dolayısıyla 10 dakika sonra sipariş gelceğini söyledi toplam 65 dakika. Şube müdürünü aradım yoğunluk olduğunu söyledi. Dün başlamadınız bu işe yoğunluk zamanı kurye sayısını yükseltin bi şeyler yapın, benim açlıktan tansiyonum düşüyor ve bayılıyorum, insanları mağdur etmeyin. Bana deseydiniz sipariş 1 saat sonra gelecek bende başka bir yerden sipariş verirdim. Söylenecek çok söz var ama herneyse. Bu arada Kozlu da oturuyorum işyerim merkezde. KOZLU şubesindeki arkadaşlara çok teşekkür ediyorum beni mağdur bırakmadıkları için. Kırgınlığım SOĞUKSU şubesi kurye ve şube müdürü olduğunu söyleyene
The courier called me after 55 minutes for the order I placed at 15:39 today and said that the order would come after 10 minutes due to the intensity, a total of 65 minutes. I called the branch manager and he said it was busy. You didn't start this job yesterday, increase the number of couriers during busy times, do something, my blood pressure drops from hunger and I love it, don't make people suffer. If you had told me, the order will come in 1 hour, and I would have ordered from another place. Lots to say but whatever. By the way, I live in Kozlu, my workplace is in the center. I would like to thank my friends in KOZLU branch for not leaving me a victim. I am offended to those who say that they are the courier and branch manager of the SOĞUKSU branch.

We called the restaurant on behalf of the feedback, the person at the cashier said weight or something, we didn't understand anything with a tone of voice, if we knew, we would have found a tradesman restaurant that did its job cleanly and we were starving!
