Terrible place, you order, it doesn't arrive in an hour, don't buy from the application, definitely buy from Yemeksepeti, I say this is a regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bence İzmit'in en kötü Domino's şubesi. Sipariş verip 1,5 saat içinde teslim edemeyen bir şube (evime mesafesi 2.4 km).
Siparişi iptal etmek icin uğraşmak ise ayrı bir dert.
"Pizzaniz yola çıktı, beş dakika içinde adresinize teslim edilecek" diye de sizi oyalayan (yani yalan söyleyen) çalışanları mevcut. Bunu belirttikten 35 dakika sonra bile teslim edilmedi siparişim. Bir daha sipariş vermeyeceğim.
I think the worst Domino's branch in Izmit. A branch that cannot order and deliver within 1.5 hours (2.4 km from my home).
Striving to cancel the order is another problem.
"Your pizza is on its way, it will be delivered to your address in five minutes," and there are employees who distract you (ie lie). My order was not delivered even 35 minutes after I mentioned this. I will not order again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ İşlerini güzel yapıyorlar, severek yapıyorlar, pizzalar harika. Değirmendereye çok güzel oldu bu şube. Yasaklar bitince bahcesinde de pizza yiyebilecegiz. Işletmeci tahsin beye ve çalışanların ilgisine teşekkür ederim. Hızlı teslimat, güler yüzlü temiz hizmet herzaman kazandırır.
They do their job well, they do it with love, the pizzas are great. This branch was very beautiful to the Değirmendereye. When the ban ends, we will be able to eat pizza in the garden. Thank you to the manager Tahsin and the employees for their interest. Fast delivery, friendly clean service always wins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sanki İstanbul'da yaşıyoruz. Gölcük'te adres bulamayan eleman çalıştırılıyor. Pizza buz gibi geliyor, birde sıcak olduğunu iddia ediyor. Bu son siparişim.
It's like we live in Istanbul. Employees who cannot find an address are employed in Gölcük. Pizza comes out cold, and it claims to be hot. This is my last order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çalışanlar dünyadan bir haber. Verdiğiniz siparişi en az 5 kere tekrar etmeniz gerekiyor. Buna rağmen istediklerinize ulaşamıyorsunuz. Domino’s yetkilileri sanırım şubelerini başıboş bırakıyor. Bir sipariş için 5 kez para ödemek zorunda kaldık. Çünkü bir seferde maalesef anlamıyorlar ?
Employees are news from the world. You have to repeat your order at least 5 times. However, you cannot achieve what you want. I think Domino's officials are leaving their branches unattended. We had to pay 5 times for one order. Because unfortunately they don't understand at once ?
