★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pizzalar dominos kalitesinde fakat ulaşım için sipariş için evden pek önermem bir kere istedik 2 saatte geldi lütfen bunlar için uğraşın düzeltmeniz gerek onun dışında online sipariş ile telefondan sipariş arasında fiyat farkı var online 100 tlyse telefondan aradğımızda 120 tl diyorsunuz bunuda düzeltmeniz gerek
 The pizzas are in the quality of dominos, but I do not recommend it from home for transportation, we wanted it once, it arrived in 2 hours, please try to fix it, there is a price difference between online orders and phone orders, you say 120 TL when we call online 100 tlyse you need to fix it.

They don't even deserve one star. Customer satisfaction has zero interest. It's been 1 hour. When I call the order at night, they are still saying that we are sending it to the new oven and it will arrive in an hour. I will complain to their headquarters as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Üstte Dursun diye 5 Yıldız verdim ilk önce siparişler geç geliyor ve üstüne üstlük iki defa sipariş yanlış geldi fiyat pahalı artı bugün istedim ve içinden kıl çıktı. Tlfna bakan kişiler de etraftaki kişilerle konuşuyor iki saat sipariş alıyorlar
I gave 5 Stars to stay on top, first the orders are late and the order came wrong twice, the price is expensive, plus I asked for a hair today. People who answer the phone are also talking to people around, taking orders for two hours.

Beni bir yıldız vermeye ve bu yorumu yapmaya iten asıl şey ise böyle bir işletmede ketçap mayonez vb. ürünler işletmenin mesuliyeti iken müşteriden bunun için özel talep ve para istenmesi oldukça nahoş bir tutum. Umarım açıklayıcı olmuştur . Kolay gelsin:)
The medium size pizza we wanted was never medium size, moreover, the pizza did not come to the table as hot as it should have been.
The main thing that made me give a star and make this comment is ketchup mayonnaise etc. in such a business. While the products are the responsibility of the business, it is very unpleasant to ask for special demands and money from the customer for this. I hope that has been revealing . Good luck with:)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menümüz de olan ürün eksik geldi ama ona rağmen getirirken söylemeyip gittiler.Somradan fark edip aradığımızda umirsamadilar.Yolumuz düşerse yolların diyip kapattılar.Sanki biz çocuğuz bizi kandırıyorlar.Yoksa söyleyin fiyattan düşün yani bir şey yapılır.Sirf iki kuruş içinde koskoca yemek yeri bunu yapmaz.
The product on our menu was missing, but they didn't tell us when we brought it, but they didn't care. When we noticed it and called, they didn't care. They said and closed it. It's like we are children, they are deceiving us.

Pizzanın hazır olduğu bildirimi gelmiş olmasına rağmen 10 15 dk ya hazır olduğunu söylediler. 10 15 dk sonra benden sonraki siparişlerin çıktığını görünce tekrar sorup kızınca şimdi atıyoruz dediler. Fırına attıklarında benim siparişim üzerinden 40 dk geçmişti. Direkt siparişi iptal edecektim ama oğlum istediği için iptal edemedim
Come and get it, I ordered and left. Despite the notification that the pizza is ready, they said it was ready in 10-15 minutes. 10 15 minutes later, when they saw that the orders after me came out, they asked again and got angry, they said we are throwing it away now. It was 40 minutes after my order when they put it in the oven. I was going to cancel the order directly, but I couldn't because my son wanted it.
