In fact, I think you should not listen to any negative criticism here, I examined it carefully and did not find a problem.

The hotel seems to be extremely good, but they forgot a little service, the rooms are very neglected, it was not nice to collect the belongings of the people who stayed before under the bed. I am extremely sorry to encounter a mediocre hotel below expectations. I think that more attention should be paid to cleaning and hygiene, especially in this covid period.

We went for a day trip from Ankara on the recommendation of a friend. Normally, we were going to stay, but the common pool (family) ceiling paints are falling off and the spilled parts create a negative image inside the pool. Also, in the big pool, the inside of the pool and the edges of the stairs have moss, and the inside of the carrot is full of crumbs and debris, unfortunately. How he got the star is debatable. We wanted to try this hotel just for its name, but we were completely disappointed. The rooms are very mediocre, not clean. There was no catering water, tea, coffee. Minibar was empty. There wasn't even water. Even though it was a winter day, the rooms were freezing. I woke up from the cold, the honeycombs were out. We all have swollen throats. The restaurant was freezing. The hotel has insufficient heating. My eyes got infected in the bath area. I couldn't open my eyes in the morning from the current. I will inform the competent authorities for hygiene. The system made to save on meals seems wrong to me. I thought I was at the iftar table. Definitely not a hotel I would recommend. You can stay in a better hotel for the same price.

The doctor's hotel is a camp that is used consciously to benefit from the healing of water, I think the food is very good and delicious, people come here to find health anyway. An excessively uncontrolled buffet would be absurd. Someone who comes here and says I'm hungry should go to obesity treatment. Here we come to get rid of our garbage, like a detox, the dinner was such a large portion that if I tried to eat all of it, I would probably not eat anything for three days (salad, soup, cold appetizer plate, chicken, bulgur pilaf, french fries, dessert and a fruit plate consisting of 4 kinds of fruit) It provides a dust-free and hygienic environment. The staff is extremely polite and friendly. The spa section is clean and warm, and there is a doctor 24 hours a day.

No parking problem. Hotel customers are generally older but sympathetic types. The staff at the reception are friendly and smiling. The standard room booked to us did not meet my expectations. The beds were a little old but clean. The staff at the hotel are extremely polite and distant. I have not encountered a lax situation. There are 3 thermal pools in the hotel. The men's and women's rooms are separate and large enough. Other thermal family could have been a little more well-kept and larger. Do not pay attention to those who say that breakfast and dinner are not enough in the morning. Food and breakfast are very tasty. However, the greens given at breakfast need to be washed better. There is an authentic cafe-style atmosphere on the roof of the hotel. 5 o'clock tea is served here. My advice on this is this. It would be more correct to take this service, which is offered at 5 o'clock, to 2 or 3 o'clock. Massage and supportive treatment services are nice but could be a little more affordable. As a result, it is a very adequate hotel in terms of price performance. I advise. My suggestions: 1-Slightly lowering the prices of supportive treatment. 2- Changing the 17.00 Tea to 15.00 3- Making the family bath a little more attractive. 4- Putting a small amount of free soft drinks in the minibar.

I got a price for daily use of wet floors from a few thermal hotels in Kızılcahamam and Ayaş and a few hotels in Haymana, and the Doctor's Hotel was the most suitable. This hotel gives you loincloth, disposable slippers, bathrobes made of loincloth fabric (new ones are given as they get wet) for a fee of 100 TL per day. It gives you a locker with a password or as many lockers as you need if available (we asked for 4 lockers for 3 people) Indoor pool with a temperature of 23 degrees with wet floor content (in the photo) Straw room, sauna, steam room (closed in pandemic), Turkish bath and hot spring pool combined with Turkish bath (33 degrees). Hot spring pools are generally hot, but this place was warm for me, but it was better to be warm, we took advantage of it longer. The selenium rate of the hot spring water in Haymana is the highest in the world and it has been proven to delay aging. By the way, for those who say they can't stay hungry, 5 tea is 40 TL accompanied by unlimited tea, barberry, cake, dry cake etc. Also, to give an idea, we had soda and lemon ayran made, it was 20 TL. Turkish coffee is 12.50 TL. Pouch foam 110 TL. Massages start from 210 TL, but all of them require an appointment in advance. I recommend it for thermal pleasure, 1 hour away from Ankara.
