They are not as attentive as they used to be. The order is wrong. We call and ask for it to be corrected. They make us wait for 2 hours. They can't find the address and cancel the order according to their own mind. I will never order again.

The service came late. You can't tell whether the wrap is meat or chicken by its color. Again, the wrap could be eaten. The hamburger came with an uncooked meat. I have never seen such a bad hamburger anywhere. Everything was mediocre.

Two years ago, I ate with pleasure. I came after 2 years. Doner burnt. No mayonnaise. There is no spoon next to the pudding. Potatoes arrived half an hour later. The woman who is their manager is very sullen and scolds her staff in front of customers. I won't go again.

Our wrap order arrived exactly an hour and a half later. When it arrived, it was already cold, we did not understand what we ate. Even though we specifically mentioned it as ayran, they sent coke and it was very hot. Also, the woman on the phone would beat us on the phone if she could.

We ordered 4 Alexander for 178 TL, look at the food that came, they put it as a joke, they put half meat doner as Alexander, they sent it, thank God, the package was scattered, the products were ruined, it's not even 20 TL, no order again, no order, cry when the closure process starts, stop crying because it's a pandemic.

What do you expect from a meal with rubber inside ... In a word, it was disgraceful, we were disgraced with our money. I would never recommend, I will not come again. You can't expect anything from someone who says you can't find food for 46 TL instead of apologizing.
