Bi çerçeve seçtik ayna yaptırdık bitince gittik almaya, aynayı sarmadan direk elimize tutusturdugu gibi çerçevenin tozunu bile almamış. 250 tlye Aldığımız ayna da kalitesiz çıktı neredeyse asarken dağıldı ayrıca yan taraftaki dükkanda daha büyük daha güzel aynalar 50 tl daha ucuzdu. Yandaki aynacilari dolasmadan karar vermeyin. Sicakta eşim dolaşmayı sevmez hemen girip almış bulunduk cok üzgünüm.

Fotoğraflarda görüldüğü üzere 25 kiloluk tabloya 25 kuruş büyüklüğünde askı aparatı takmış. Çerçeveye destek olarak ucuz iplik çekmiş. Resmi çerçeveye dayaması gereken kontrplak gevşek bir şekilde duruyor ve işlevsiz. Resim de tablo içersinde gevşek duruyor. Aylardır asamadık bu sebepten. Tekrar işletmeye giderek yaptığı bu hatalı ve kötü işçiliği düzeltmesini istedik. Karşılaştığımız tavır berbattı. Tablodaki sorunları anlatırken bize kısa kesmemizi söyledi. Sorunu anlamadığı için saçma önerilerde bulundu ve sonra biz çözüm üretmesini isteyince pişkin bir şekilde reddetti. Üzerine bir de tehdit edildik. Böyle leş esnaflardan uzak durun ve para kazandırmayın ki işini dürüstçe ve güzel yapan insanlar kazansın. Böyle üçkağıtçı ve arsız insanlarla iş yapmayın.
A few months ago, I went to this business to frame a picture I had printed on photo paper. It had to be taken care of as it was large in size. As seen in the photos, he has attached a 25-cent sized hanger to the 25-kilogram painting. He drew cheap thread as a support for the frame. The plywood that should support the picture against the frame sits loose and is useless. The picture also hangs loosely within the painting. We couldn't hang it for months because of this. We went back to the company and asked him to correct this faulty and bad workmanship. The attitude we encountered was atrocious. He told us to cut it short while describing the problems with the painting. He made silly suggestions because he didn't understand the problem, and then when we asked him to come up with a solution, he flatly refused. We were also threatened. Stay away from such scumbag tradesmen and do not make money so that people who do their job honestly and well will win. Do not do business with such deceitful and arrogant people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality. I don't know the reason why they decided to use plastic instead of glass, but my beautiful prints now look like some cheap art you can buy at the dollar store.
I would have appreciated it if they'd at least give me a choice. The back of the prints are also sealed with cardboard. I don't know but if you're going to keep your quality low so your prices are affordable, at least keep your customers informed on the products you will be using -- or give them a choice.
