Bugün genel müdürlüğün yönlendirdiği baska bir mitsubishi servis geldi 3 saat uğraşarak sorunumuzu hallettiler ve bize korkunç gerçeği söylediler.Klima motorlarının ikisininde elektrik aksamları yanlış bağlanmış ve bu durum yangına bile sebep olabilirmiş. Kardeşim avukat bu firmayı MAHKEMEYE vermeyi düşünüyorum.
We had 3 air conditioners transported, one of them being arçelik and the other mitsubishi. Today, another mitsubishi service directed by the general directorate came, they took care of our problem for 3 hours and told us the terrible truth. The electrical components of both of the air conditioning motors were connected incorrectly and this could even cause a fire. My brother is a lawyer, I'm thinking of giving this firm to the COURT.
