Kısa vadede kar güdüsüyle çalışan aklı sanıyorum bu yorum vasıtasıyla pek işe yaramayacak.
As a tradesman, his understanding of ethics and morality is low enough to receive two service charges (100 TL in total) for a chandelier and two bulbs, which he came to replace twice within two days.
I think his mind, working with a profit motive in the short term, will not work very well through this interpretation.
