★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15/07/2020de bu firmanın niğdedeki pierre cardin mağazasından genç odası aldık. Almaz etmez olaydık paramızla rezil olduk. Verdikleri teslimat tarihini bekle bekle bir türlü Ürünü teslim edemediler. Teslim etmemelerinin sebebi ise diğer bir müşteri varmışta kayınvalidesi müsait değilmişte ondan bizi bekletiyorlarmış.. Telefonumuza pierre cardin genel merkezini arayıpta patronlarına ulaştıktan sonra cevap verme gereksinimi duydular. O kadar ukalalar ki müşteri memnuniyetinden haberleri bile yok... Ürünü aldık faturayı kesip gönderemediler bile prosedürden kanundan haberleri bile yok... Tüketici hakem heyetine, maliyeye şikayetimi sunucam... Almayın arkadaşlar paranızla böyle firmalar da rezil olmayın... Almayın ki böyle firmaların nesli tükensin.... Boşu boşuna paramı bir buçuk ay kullandılar. İnşallah en kısa zamandan bayiliğiniz elinizden alınır...
On 15/07/2020, we bought the young room from pierre cardin store of this company in niğde. We wouldn't take it, we were disgraced with our money. Wait, wait for the delivery date they gave, they could not deliver the Product anyway. The reason they did not deliver was because there was another customer and his mother-in-law was not available and they were making us wait. They are so cocky that they do not even know about customer satisfaction ... We received the product, they could not even cut the bill and send it, they do not even know about the procedure ... I will not present my complaint to the consumer arbitration committee, to the finance ... companies are extinct .... They used my money for a month and a half in vain. I hope your dealership will be taken from you as soon as possible ...
