It's not a place that does their job properly, it's a place built on customer grievances. The products are sent too late, the specified delivery date is never met.

It's an uninterested, useless place that gives a delivery date for about 1 month but still doesn't deliver my furniture even after 1.5 months. If I had known there were so many complaints about this place, I wouldn't have bought it.

The store staff were smiling and very interested, thank you. My products arrived in a short time, I bought a bedroom set, I did not have any problems. I'm going to renew my sofa set and I'm thinking of buying it from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ben bu kadar işgüzar bi mağaza görmedim. Her şey satış yapılana kadar satış sonrası kimse ilgilenmiyor. Mobilyamız teslim tarihinin üzerinden 20 gün geçti hala erteliyorlar. Mağaza müdür gayriciddi tavır takınıyor.
I have never seen such a busy shop. No one cares after the sale until everything is sold. It has been 20 days since the delivery date of our furniture and they are still delaying it. The store manager is taking an unserious attitude.

If you are going to this store, talk to Mr. Sefa and Ms. Reyhan and ask them for support if there is a problem. Don't believe anything the store manager says. The store manager is totally frivolous on glossing over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ böyle mağaza olmaz olsun böyle firma olmaz olsun. Kaç defa aradık konuştuk teslim tarihini sürekli erteliyorlar doğtaş rezilliktir. Getirdiğimizde salon boş olsun dedikleri için koltuklarımızı ihtiyaç sahiplerine verdik şu an salon bomboş ve oturacak yer yok hala mobilyalarımız gelmedi. Çalışanlardan Sefa ve Reyhan hanım ilgilenmeye çalıştılar fakat mağaza müdürü Mustafa Duman çok ciddiyetsiz şekilde başından savıyor.
