Evin tüm odalarına takım olsun diye (2 Ağustos 2020 tarihinde) hemde peşin para vererek Diamond Serisi ürünler aldım. Şu tarih oldu (12 Mayıs 2021) hala servis kayıtları ile uğraşıyorum. Bir değil hemen hemen her üründe mi gerek kurulum yapan servis elemanlarından gerekse ürünün kendisinden sıkıntı olur. Mağazadan servis kaydı açıyoruz aynı kaydı defalarca tekrar tekrar açıyoruz. Aylar geçiyor aramasak sormasak ilgilenen yok. Neyse artık genel merkezden kayıt oluşturuluyor da işler çözülüyor. Kalitesine ve kurumsallığına güvendiğimiz Doğtaştan bu şubede eser yok
One of the two most problematic stores in Amasya. Interests until the product is sold. I bought Diamond Series products by paying cash in order to be a set for all rooms of the house (on August 2, 2020). This is the date (May 12, 2021) I'm still dealing with service records. Not just one, but almost every product, both the service personnel who install it, and the product itself are the problems. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . We open a service record from the store and open the same record over and over again. Months pass, if we don't call, no one is interested. Anyway, records are created from the headquarters and things are resolved. There is no work in this branch of Doğtaş, whose quality and institutionalism we trust.
