I bought dinnerware from this store. Everything was fine during the sale. The sales representative provided an adequate service. 3 of my chairs that came home were troubled, they were crushed. They asked me to sign my delivery form saying that I received the products undamaged. They said that the service would come and look at the products later. I signed the form stating that 3 chairs were damaged. After 15 days, the service did not come, I learned from the call center that the service was not directed, I directed it myself. The incoming service did not use shoe covers, they took off their shoes and entered the house. Normally, the service workers of large companies use shoe covers when entering the house, so the customers do not understand how hard the staff working all day is sweating during the summer day. I think they did not consciously direct the service, and on top of that, they delayed the delivery of my TV unit. I could not get the information of when my product will be delivered from the call center. We are in an uncertain process, my advice is to work with a company that provides a better service. We had a problem unfortunately. We waited for the whole feast in the current situation, they came at 1530 on Monday, they came without wearing a mask. The product that came to my house was damaged, they said they would open a service record and left. Disgrace! Also, the nice comments that I wanted to add have been answered, mine still doesn't exist.

It has become a store where we can access immaculate, spacious and up-to-date models. Thanks to its car park, we did not have any parking problems, we could easily examine the products we wanted. We would like to thank the store architect Ms. Meltem, who conveyed the descriptive and correct information about the products we liked, without getting bored, showing the alternatives and making decoration suggestions.
