 The bedroom set I bought on June 21 has not been delivered for 60 days, although it is said to be delivered in 45 days. Do not buy products from Doğtaş company. When I called customer service, I was left with the person who was sweating on me. Don't be shy with your money.

Telefonlara çıkmıyorlar zoraki ısrarlı aramalardan sonrası bir kişiye ulaşabilirsek tamam diyip asla aramıyorlar. Ürünlerim söz verildiği tarihte gelmedi ısrar kıyamet bazı eşyalarımızı getirdiler diğerleri ne zaman gelir Allah bilir çünkü bahsettiğim gibi ulaşamıyoruz. Yaklaşık 70.000TL lik ürün alıp rezil olduk. Tüketici mahkemesine başvuru yapacağım artık onlar uğraşsın.
I don't know about other Doğtaş companies, but never buy products from Modoko Doğtaş. After the sale of my products, my delivery date was delayed. They do not pick up the phones, they say ok if we can reach a person after forced persistent calls and never call. My products did not arrive on the promised date, they insisted that the apocalypse brought some of our belongings, God knows when others will come, because as I mentioned, we cannot reach them. We bought about 70.000 TL worth of products and became disgraced. I will apply to the consumer court, let them deal with it now.

There is no problem until they sell the product, but after selling it, it is almost impossible to reach them. The sales representative and the store do not pick up your phones and do not respond. Delivery takes about 2 months. A store that I will not choose again.

Aynı zaman diliminde başka markalardan satın almış olduğumuz ürünlerin hepsi teslim edilmiş olmasına rağmen Doğtaş/Modoko hala türlü bahanelerle (geldi ama henüz tırdan indirmedik) ürünümüzü teslim etmemekte ısrarcı.
İnsanların mağdur olmaması için buradan uzak durmasını tavsiye ederim.
Although 2 months have passed since we bought our products, we still have not received them. Despite the fact that all the products we bought from other brands were delivered in the same time period, Doğtaş/Modoko still insists on not delivering our product for various excuses (it has arrived but we haven't taken it off the truck yet).
I would advise people to stay away from here so they don't get hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16 Ocak’ta aldığım ürünler hala (27 Mart) teslim edilmedi, sistemlerinde sürekli üretimde görünüyor, bu nasıl üretim ben anlamadım. Neden geciktiğine ve ne zaman teslim edileceğine dair bilgi almak mümkün değil, defalarca aradım, fabrikaya mail attık geri dönüş bekliyoruz cevabı alıyorum. Kesinlikle bu mağazadan alışveriş yapmayın.
The products I bought on January 16th (March 27th) still haven't been delivered, they seem to be in continuous production in their systems, I don't understand how this is produced. It is not possible to get information about why it is delayed and when it will be delivered, I called many times, we sent an e-mail to the factory, we are waiting for a response, I get the answer. Definitely do not shop at this store.
