It was a poor quality company that could not own the goods it sells. It has been more than 45 days since the faulty product has been received. They will come back as soon as possible since 1 month. nobody's path falls to nature yet.

In December 2019, we bought a lounge sofa set from Düzce Doğtaş store, and we had problems with the seats. The problem was solved after Ms. Sevil from Doğtaş solution team stepped in. I recommend Doğtaşın Sevil to increase the number of people with good customer relations in his team.
