It is far below today's understanding of the site. It can also be called a modern two-block apartment. There is a mountain slope at the back, a playground and a miniature two-instrument gym. There isn't even a covered parking lot. Homes are not considered luxury.

The site and apartments are great, but the location is very bad. One of the most remote places in the neighbourhood. It needs at least 10 years to develop further.
