★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Berbat içerideki tüm kurumlar berbat. Memur eğitimleri yetersiz. Binanın eski olması hiç önemli değil. Önemli olan işlerin düzgün ve samimiyetle, bilinçli bir şekilde yapılması. Memurlar işten ve bilgi vermekten kaçmak için işlemleri prosedürlerle yönlendirmekle oyalıyor. Yönetim kadrosu anladığım kadarıyla yetersiz. Her yer düzensiz. Karmaşık. Ayrıca hükümet konağı dediğin yer toplumun ve devletin aynasıdır. Çevre düzenlemesi sosyal alanları sıfır. Bence buraya bir yıldız bile fazla.
It sucks. Officer training is insufficient. It doesn't matter if the building is old. The important thing is to do things properly and sincerely, consciously. Officers distract from routing procedures to avoid work and information. The management staff was inadequate as far as I understand. Everything's untidy. Complex. Son dönemde her ne kadar geçim kaynağı konusunda birinci sıraya yükselse de TÜTÜN yetiştirilmesi toprağının çoraklaşmasına neden olacağı konusunda endişe uyandırıyor. TÜTÜN için kullanılan ilaçların sinsice insanların yavaşça zehirlenmesine yol açtığı yüksek bir ihtimal.
