★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu emlak firması ile bir ev için anlaştık. Evin sahibinde vekaletname olduğunu satışı hemen yapabileceklerini söyleyerek bize tapu görselini verdiler. Biz de güvenerek bankaya kredi için başvurduk. Kredi masrafımız yaklaşık 5000 TL. Kredi çıktı ama emlak firması vekaletname satışa uygun değilmiş ev sahibi ülke dışındaymış yok tatildeymiş yan yattı çamura battı 1 hafta bekleyin 15 gün bekleyin diye bizi oyalıyor. Kredi eğer tapu alınmazsa banka tarafından 7 gün sonra iptal oluyormuş bir emlakçı bunu nasıl bilmez. Bir emlakçı sattığı evin vekaletname sinin uygunluğunu satışın yapılıp yapılamayacağını bilmeden müşterisine nasıl tapu yollar. Benim zararım ortada. Siz siz olun dikkat edin. Ne çevirdiler bilmiyorum ama internet bu emlakçının ilanları ile dolu. Başıma gelen başınıza gelmesin. Güvenmeyin sakın.
