Firmayı günlerdir arıyorum telefona bakan yok. WhatsApp numaralarına ve sitelerine talep oluşturuyorum talebe cevap veren yok. Operatör not alıyor döneceğiz diye dönüş yapan yok. Ne telefona bakıyorlar ne ürünü yolluyorlar ne de ücret iadesi yapıyorlar. Pazartesi günü Tüketici Hakem Heyetine şikayet edeceğim. I ordered 2 products from a company named Dgn. Siparişe istinaden 2 gün geçti ancak İnternet sitesinde kargoya verilmediğini gördüğümde müşteri hizmetlerini aradım ve ulaşabildim (yorumlarda ulaşılmıyor yazan çoktu) kargoya verildiğini yoğunluk dolayısı ile geç güncellenebileceği bildirildi ve 1 gün sonrada kargo elime ulaştı. Ürün orijinal gibi umarım ileride sıkıntı çıkmaz. Ürün alım yaparken şüphesi olan varsa kapıda ödeme seçeneği ile ödemesini tavsiye ederim. Tabi kargo firması ödeme yapmadan paketi açtırmıyor ama en azından ürün gönderilmezse paranızı geri almakla uğraşmazsınız. When I read the comments, I approached the store very hesitantly.
