★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öğle saatlerinde verdigimiz su siparişi 8 saattir teslim edilmedi ve herhangi bir bilgi de verilmedi. Ayrıca aramaları açmıyorlar. Bir siparişin yetiştirilememesi sorun değil şuan tabiki de olağandışı bir durumdayız fakat en azından arayıp siparişin yetişmeyeceğine dair bilgi verilebilirdi. Biz de ona göre hareket ederdik.
The water order we placed at noon has not been delivered for 8 hours and no information has been given. They also don't pick up calls. It is not a problem that an order cannot be delivered, of course, we are in an unusual situation now, but at least you could call and give information that the order will not be delivered. We would act accordingly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su siparişi verdik aynı mahallede 3-4 saat sürüyor gelmesi. Hadi ona alışmıştık ama işimiz var gelmeyecekse çıkacağız diyoruz gelmek üzere diyerek 45 dk daha bekletiliyoruz. Sonuç su siparişini iptal edip marketten 5 lt lik su satın almak oldu. Asla bir daha sipariş vermeyeceğiz .
We ordered water, in the same neighborhood, it takes 3-4 hours to arrive. Come on, we got used to it, but we say we have work to come, if we don't come, we say we're about to come, and we are kept waiting for another 45 minutes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su siparişi verdim 4 saatte geldi sipariş verirken gecikebilir vs denmiyor aradığımda ise yoğunluk var deniyor 5dklık mesafedeyim sırtlasan getirirsin 4 saate.1-2 saate alıştık ama 4 saat nedir ya.her hafta sipariş veriyorum 12 tlden 14 e 14 ten 17 ye şimde de 20 ye çıkmış bir ayda oluyor bu zam. Ücret almayacaklarına gecikmelerinden dolayı bide zamlı fiyat söylüyorlar. Aslaaa alışveriş yapmayın çevremdeki iş yerimdeki tüm arkadaşlarıma söylicem ayıptır yaptığınız!!!
