Akvaryumu terbiyeli arkadaşlara götürdüm, masanın üzerinde duran akvaryumun kullanıcı hatasından kırıldığını söylediler. 12 saat kullanmadan kırılmış camı. Değişme talebim reddedilince alın sizde kalsın o zaman dedim ve tam gidecekken, küfür kıyamet, ağza alınmayacak sözler.
Müşteri ilişkisi sıfır olan, malının arkasında durmayan, hadsiz, terbiyesiz bu işletmeden uzak durun.

I bought aquarium and fish for my daughter from these extremely well-behaved (!) friends. When I woke up in the morning, I saw that the bottom of the aquarium was cracked and leaking. I took the aquarium to decent friends, they said that the aquarium sitting on the table was broken due to user error. Broken glass without using for 12 hours. When my request for change was rejected, I said take it and keep it, and just as I was about to leave, swearing is the apocalypse, unspeakable words.
Stay away from this business, which has zero customer relations, does not stand behind its goods, and is disrespectful.
