Personellerin acilen bir eğitim alması gerek bence. Kesinlikle İstikbalin başka şubelerine gitmenizi ya da gitmemenizi tavsiye ederim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben ürün aldığıma bu kadar pişman olmamıştım…. Ne ürün tesliminde ne servisi göndermede ne de telefon ile ulaşmada gerekli hassasiyeti gösteriyorlar. Yazıklar olsun gerçekten. Eğer almayı düşünen varsa asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Ben böyle sıkıntılı bir süreç yaşamadım….
