★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skoda servis bölümü için, dikkat edin bu servis kesinlikle gidilmeyecek bir yer. 90bin km aracımın rutin bakımı 3 saat sürerken 6 saat sonra sapasağlam arabayı arızalı olarak teslim ettiler. Anlamamam içinde uyarı ışıklarını kapatmışlar. Servisten çıktıktan 200km sonra arabanın motoru hiç bir uyarı vermeden arızalandı.40bin TL lik arabaya 55Bin TL masraf çıkardılar. Hiç bir sorumluluk kabul etmediler. Servis müdürü C.D. son derece agrasif kaba birisi. Kendini Doğuş otodan üstün gören maaşlı bir eleman. Daha sonra öğrendim egr soğutucusu patlamış. Soğutma suyunu değiştirilirken havası alınmamış bu yüzden ateşin üzerindeki susuz kalan çaydanlık gibi çatlamış. Motorun yağına su karışmış bu durumda aracın çalıştırılmaması gerekirken bu halde serviste 3 saat çalıştırıldı. Ne piston kolu kalmış ne piston.Yüce oto Fabrikadan haber bekliyoruz yardım edeceğiz diyerek serviste 1 ay motoru bekletti. Hiç bir sonuç çıkmadı. Motorun her yeri paslanmış. Şimdi dışarıya yaptırıyoruz. 15bin masraf var. Bugüne kadar bakımlar için hep yetkili servise gitmiştim. Yetkili Servis önemli değil içindeki usta önemli. Servisin içinde arızadan anlayan usta yok. Hiç bir şeyden anlamıyorlar. Anlasalardı bu haldeki aracı 3 saat çalıştırmazlar bu kadar masraf çıkmazdı. Kesinlikle bu servise gitmeyin.
