Neredeyse hiç kalmadı.Sibel Hoca’nın verdiği egzersizlere devam ediyorum günden güne cok daha iyiyim çok şükürler olsun I came for my knee pain and he explained every process clearly. Sibel hanım sayesinde 17 eylül de ameliyat oldum 6 saat sonra ayağa kalktım dikkat ederek her işimi yapıyorum Allah ondan binlerce kez razı olsun I had 5 lumbar hernias, large and small.
