Tuğçe hanımla yolumun kesişmesiyle beslenme düzenimde ne kadar yanlış bir program izlediğimi ve bu yüzden kilo vermekte zorlandığımı fark ettim. Fakat kendisinin bana verdigi sürekli değişen diyet programları , gerekli bilgiler doğrultusunda 1 bucuk ayda 5 kiloya yakın bir kilo verdim kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum iyiki tanımışım ve iyiki yollarımız keşişmiş??
