Iyi ki karşılaşmışım, ilk kez diyet yapacağım için endişelerim vardı samimi açıklamalarıyla diyet programını uygulamaya karar verdim. 1 ayın sonunda üstelik zorlanmadan 5 kilo verdim ve idealim olan kiloya inebilmek için kendisiyle devam etme kararı aldım. I came across Emre while I was doing research on the internet to go to a dietitian. I said I am glad that I met him with his motivation , interest and being easily accessible . The fact that we decided on all the foods in the lists he gave by talking to each other and that he greeted me with a smile in each session made my diet process easier. I lost 6 kilos in a month. Emre Bey ile yaklaşık iki ay önce kilo vermek ve yemek yeme düzenimi değiştirmek için görüşmüştüm ve güzel bir yol katettik sadece bir buçuk ay gibi bir sürede. Tiroit rahatsızlığım olduğu için kilo verebileceğimi düşünmüyordum fakat Emre Bey’in tiroitime ve isteklerime uygun olarak hazırladığı diyet listeleri ve detokslar ile kilo verebildim ayrıca adet düzensizliğim bu kısa sürede ki beslenme alışkanlığım ile düzene girdi. Eğer bir diyetisyen arayışındaysanız gerek motivasyon ve desteği gerek sonuç alabilmek açısından Emre Bey’i tavsiye ederim ?
