Yillarca diyet yapan be basarili olamayan biriydim ben asla saglikli bir sekilde kilo vericegime inanmiyordum ama melike hanimin yardimi sayesinde cok yol kat ettim. Muthis enerjisi ve motivasyonuyla bana hep destek oldu ve olmaya devam ediyor. Diyet programini kisiye ozel hazirlayip sevdiginiz yemekleri listenize ekliyor.
