Birçok meslek grubu, değişik sektörler ve farklı iş mecralarının birleşerek ortaya çıkardıkları Diyarbakır esnaf ve sanatkar odaları bulunduğu bölgeden daha ileri bir anlayışa sahip olmasına rağmen bununla yetinmemeli ve sürekli daha ileriye gitmek için daha fazla ve çok daha etkin çalışmak şiarıyla hareket etmelidir.

Most of the employees are so uninterested and bad that they are forced to work ... sometimes you can go to the other end of the city in vain because of not being given proper information. They speak so quietly that a special effort is required to hear them. It is imperative to tidy up the staff.
