On 22.11.2021, an order was placed in your store and a sales contract was signed. Delivery will be made in 45 days at the latest, but you said give us a call in 15-20 days, we called and it was said that it will arrive in a week. We called a week later, it was said that the fabric could not be supplied and that it would be delivered at New Year's for sure. We called on New Year's Day, it was said that it will be delivered on January 10, we called on January 10, it was said that it will be delivered after January 24, we called on January 25, the goods were loaded, it was said that it will definitely be delivered on the 27th or 28th. We called the store today and it was said that the salesperson is on leave, there is no shipping information about the product. We called the customer representative, it was said that your products are ready but not yet shipped. If you say that the products are ready for more than a month, we said, why don't you ship and deliver, they said, we will get information and get back to you. we said at the earliest, they said 24 hours later. So, have we been informed? NO. Thus, you have kept us busy. You take the money, hold it hostage, not deliver the products, stall it, and make fun of people's minds! There is still NO exact date!. Making a QUALIFIED SCAM by holding our money hostage, which you have officially made!! It's not a wedding season, it's not summer, how can it be delivered in 2 months???? I demand that the items we bought urgently be delivered IMMEDIATELY. Otherwise, I warn you that I will file a criminal complaint within the scope of QUALIFIED FRAUD to the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor of the Republic of Turkey.
