★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yakınlarında daha iyi bir pastane yok. Otel içinde olması Türkiye’nin başka şehirlerindeki gibi sorun da yaratmıyor. Ancak kış aylarında kapatma huyları devam ediyor.
There is no better pastry shop near. The hotel is within Turkey does not create problems as in other cities. However, the habit of closing in winter continues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normalde Divan’ın mükemmel bir hizmeti vardır. Bu Divandaysa siparişimin gelmesi 5 saat sürdü. Siparişi verdiğim ürünler ellerinde yok diye ürünleri değiştirmek için aradılar daha sonra da değiştirdiğim ürünleri değiştirmek için aradılar. Siparişim nerede diye aradığımda yolda dediler ama 1 saat sonra sürücü ben şimdi çıktım konum atar mısınız diye aradı. Hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok kötü.
Normally the Divan has an excellent service. In this Divan, it took 5 hours for my order to arrive. They called to change the products because they did not have the products I ordered, and then they called to change the products I changed. When I called to see where my order was, they said it was on the way, but 1 hour later the driver called me to ask if I'm out now. Service quality is really bad.
