Excellent experience! Don’t worry about pandemic because the hotel was so clean everyone had masks and disinfectants in every corner. Amazing pool and fitness.

Do not choose this hotel. We got to pay for beers in the minibar even though we told that we didn't see or drank them, very irritating. Very small money but a very bad attitude in my opinion. Another annoying thing was the cleaning woman who allways came to our room when we arrived to it or if we was using the shower. It was a strategy to not have to do the cleaning maybe. The breakfast buffet has a lot of plates but not much tasty on them. There was no coffee or tea at the buffet but there was staff for this. The problem was that it took 15-20 minutes until you get any service so the breakfast was almost over They did not even see us, we have to ask for yea ir coffee every day. It looks like a quality hotel and the rooms are very nice, the problem is their service. The reception woman told us that she must let us pay for minibar because of the manager so bad management is probably included. When we wanted to extend 1 more night(without breakfast) because of flight changes, they was given us a much higher price than on internet wich we not accepted ofcourse. So no recommendations from us. Will never turn back.

Never stay at this hotel! If you look at the reviews, you would notice that the hotel receive the worst comments in recent times. My experience is consistent with other guests. The food is terrible and I had to pay astronomic amount of money. I had to wait ages to be served, there is no enough member of staff possibly the owner wants to make profit by cutting off from the human resources. There is no one to pick up my call when I wanted to make a complaint. On the call, there is an automatic message saying that they are working from home due to covid but they could divert to calls to this ghost staff whereas there is no one picking up my calls. It is not about covid, it is about they do not have enough staff to serve. If you have a problem, there is no one to help you except for the helpless receptionist. Many of the facilities such as steam bath do not work; therefore, do not pay any money for this hotel.It It is boiling hot in Diyarbakir but the aircon stops working such as in every 5 mins (I did not count but approximately in five mins) after 2 mins pausing, it re-works but this makes you sick because you get sweat and when it re-works automatically, you may get sick. The aircon stops possible because they want to make a profit and cut off the electricity bill which is expensive in Turkey. There is no remote controller for the aircon, so, if you are sleeping, each time you need to change the heat, you need to wake up and walk to the wall to cool the aircon. The food is terrible and when you go out to have some food, there is only motorway! The mall is in about 700 metre but it is extremely hot and I had to take a taxi. The electricity is suddenly on and off at the midnight. I regret! Never stay at this hotel!

This is a very good hotel in Diyarbekir. I booked 2 rooms here. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and really 5 stars. The staff was good. I'll not mention their confusion in check in & out. Price is little bit higher than other hotels but for such a quality it seems fair. I had a parking place. This is a new part of the city, a shopping mall, restaurants are available near by.
