Divan City Kayseri

Mersin was very pleased as the future college. The rooms are immaculate, the staff were very relevant, the reception staff were helpful in everything. The breakfast was wonderful, the restaurant staff were very polite. The meals were very tasty. Due to the good communication with our interests and children, we offer our infinite thanks to our chief of honor.

The hotel is new and immaculate. We came to erciyese for skiing and we preferred this hotel. The rooms are large and very comfortable. We haven't had any problems. Thanks to Mr. Sarp at the reception and Ms. Merve, their manager, for their interest and hospitality :)

I felt very comfortable during my stay in Divan city. I felt like at home. Rooms were very comfortable. Transportation to the center was very comfortable thanks to kayseray. You are in the center in 15 minutes. The staff were friendly, helpful and sincere. We would especially like to thank the housekeeper, Hasibe Hanım, for her interest and sincerity regarding the room layout and needs. It's been a great week for me

The hotel is new, so the rooms, elevators, toilets, etc. are 5 stars. But, they built a roof bar, I swear the sound of drum music stopped at 00:20 at night. This won't happen. Especially not in the quality of a sofa. The breakfast is not bad, the spa is free, there is a small sauna and a Turkish bath, it is very clean. The hotel is worthy of the sofa, but the business is very bad, I gave 3 points

We stayed at Divan City Kayseri for a ski holiday in Erciyes. We were absolutely satisfied with everything, the rooms were big and comfortable, the reception team helped us immediately when we needed anything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to relax in the room after snowboarding. We had our breakfast at the hotel every morning, the breakfast menu was also very rich and everything was fresh and delicious :') The hotel has a shuttle service at 9 and 11 every morning to go to the Erciyes ski resort. We used these shuttles to go to the ski resort. The hotel met almost all our expectations, we were very pleased with the skiing. If you are planning a holiday, you can stay with peace of mind. Transportation to the ski center takes 35-40 minutes by shuttle from the hotel. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the airport and we reached the hotel easily by taxi. The hotel is not in the city center, but in front of the tram stop, you can get a Kayseri transportation card and go to the city center by tram or it is 15-20 minutes away by taxi. There were too many people staying for a ski holiday, so transportation from the hotel to the Erciyes Ski Center provides all kinds of support. I would definitely recommend :')
