Divan Adana

After I wrote this review I got a call from the hotel, they try listening to my voice and understanding the issues. This was a very positive and showing how they're are carrying about thier guests, and promised to look at my review. The following is my review without any editing "I'm really disappointed about my stay at this hotel. First a misleading advertising, book three nights and get third free, actually nothing free the price listed includes the free night and after booking 4 nights found total price same as Hilton and Sheraton. Breakfast buffet was very poor, I picked up my dish and start to select some items, then they shocked me, you are not allowed to do this, and one of staff will take your dish and put whatever you select, why this? Because of covid, very unbelievable answer, the reality they wanna to reduce your portion from each selection to reduce costs. Air condition in common area from room to elevator was not working and it was very hot. The water cattle always had issues because of electricity short cut. They have a very serious management issues, there are maximum for cost cuts but the go far and beyond acceptable levels. The good thing was reception staff who were very helpful."

My favourite hotel in Adana. We travel there frequently for business. Quiet, clean and spacious rooms (have not made it to the gym or the pool yet). Fantastic breakfast with everything your heart longs for

Reception staff are friendly , internet is good , room is big , my only problem was the bed , it was sinking so I had to sleep the opposite way which is not so comfortable ,, maybe it's just me , but I read one other review talking about the uncomfortable bed .

?: nice receptionists, good and not extra expensive food in restaurant (also possibility of room service till 2am), good location in the center, good breakfast ☹️: staff in restaurant and on parking could speak English, too (in restaurant a few waiters do, other no); parking is small, so crowded often; breakfast is still same, in hotel like this could be richer and with more variations; bathroom in my room (nr. 403) was not good furnished (still much water from shower on the floor); all areas of the hotel were relatively cold, also heating in the room wasn't extra strong; "hammam" in fact isn't right hammam, just cold boring small room looking like hammam

Great hotel! Very good food! Perfect location. We always come to this hotel when we come to Adana! BUT, If you want a smoke free hotel don't go there. We woke up in the middle of the night with our room filled with smoke since the people in the room next to us were smoking ! When we complained by phone they sent an employee at 2am who rang the door bell ( which woke up my 3 year old) to ask us if we needed anything!! When we complained the next morning they suggested they change our room!! Which isn't a solution since this is supposed to be a smoke fee hotel. When we cam back to our room in the afternoon, we found a towel on the floor at the door which connects us to the guest room that is next to us!! Which means they will still allow them to smoke!!

Amazing hospitality, truly great experience - breakfast was fresh and healthy, spa was relaxing and clean, rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and service was tops! Staff made our stay warm and welcoming - felt like home!

An amazing and superb trip and stay at Divan Adana. Beginning of journey was tiring due to flight cancellation and stop over at Antalya. Hotel stay was reduced to 7nights. Divan hotel management made our stay very pleasent and offered as change of package n family connecting rooms without any extra charges. Everything was perfect from hotel management to breakfast buffet, to our rooms and location. We had a wonderful stay at the Divan hotel Adana. Will definitely be recommending this hotel for family stay. Huge thanks to management and reception staff.
