Kendisine çok teşekkür ediyorum. İşini layıkıyla yapan, müşteri memnuniyetini önemseyen bir firma.
I ordered online from Istanbul. While placing the order, I realized that I had unwittingly chosen a different registered address as my delivery address. I called the shipping company to update, but they said it can only be updated by the sender. Thanks to the wise lady, she took time for me many times in her busy work rush and talked to the cargo company many times and managed to update the address. I am a lot of online shopper. I am still struggling and looking for a contact person for the wrong product that I ordered from another company 10 days ago, but Ms. Demonte Furniture Bilge supported me in all my problems, I could reach her whenever I wanted.
