The location is very nice, but if you are downstairs, you are distracted by people skating down the stairs. There is only one sink and you are always waiting in line. And most importantly, there is no mosque. As a person who is praying, I want to come to the Dipnote, but I cannot because there is no mosque. Other than that, the attention of the coffee and attendants was fine.

You can drink things like expresso and latte. This is very good, but this machine uses powdered milk or coffee cream instead of milk. I think it is necessary to put an air conditioning because it is very hot in the summer. With that exception, it's a good place where you could work quietly. Everyone is working, it is quite quiet plus there is the internet connection which is fast enough. If you are hungry it is very close to some restaurants at the same time the library already has a small bar.

The entrance fee is 15 lira. Internet is pretty fast. One coffee of your choice is included in the entrance fee. If you want to buy coffee again, there is an extra charge. I paid 7 lira for an americano with milk. Coffees are good enough. If you get hungry, cold sandwiches and crackers are available in the mini canteen. There are dominos and various restaurants and cafes right next to it, you can eat and return without wasting time. It's a two-story library. There are quite a lot of desks, but it gets very crowded on weekends, so it's a good idea to go early and find a seat. The decoration is quite tasteful. It has an atmosphere that pushes people to work. There are sockets on almost every table, you will not have any problems while charging your devices. The employees are smiling and engaging. There is one WC, so there is usually a queue for the toilet. The upper floor is completely silent and suitable for individual work. Downstairs is also quiet but might be a problem for those who have trouble concentrating. The lighting is sufficient. Fans used for ventilation are too noisy. Those with attention problems may be uncomfortable.
