One of the worst places I've ever seen. It is not ethical at all, there is no flavor pattern anyway. The way you treat your employees is not nice at all. Disgrace. It's one of those places where your hard work is not rewarded. A person who does not respect his employees has no respect for the customer. In no way do I recommend it.
