★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dim Caves are some 15-20 min drive inland from Alanya. You can go there by an organized excursion, although it's far better to drive yourself there with a rented car.
In front is a parking lot, and few steps take you to the caves entrance.
Caves are pretty big (contrary to Damlatas downtown which is miniature) and you need around 45 min to walk them to the end and back. Terrific stalactites scenery along the way with great lighting.
Temperature is cool, very refreshing for mid-August, but for other seasons I'd advise warmer clothing.
After visiting the caves I'd suggest going down to Dimcay river, very scenic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was an amazing experience where you feel that you are diving in one of hell layers in Dante's divine comedy. A sense of grandeur and awe will fill you while taking the long stairs walking for 350 meter around the wonderful shapes engraved throughout million of years to reach a clear lake at the end and enjoy the greatness of nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a beautiful place.Feels like you are descending deep into the earth. It is warm inside and a little bit humid so do not bring a coat. The entrance is very close to the parking lot and the experience is incredible.Nature can create some of the best art on Earth...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not that large/long - you need up to 45mins to see it all. It is very humid and warm inside, and there are a lot of steps, so be prepared. At the end there is small lake. Overal itnis worth visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrance ticket is 25TL and parking lot fee is 5TL. The mountain and valley view around the cave is breathtaking. Inside of the cave is magical. To be honest while wandering in the cave I felt like I’m in hell that defined by Dante. Inside is humid and hot. There’s 400 m walking path with stairs. I really enjoyed visiting this cave. Turkey is so rich with its culture,nature and history.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Dim Stalactite Cave is located about 12 km from the center of Alanya. It is the world’s fourth largest stalactite cave open to the public. Inside there are two caves, one a cave 50 m long and the other a cave over 350 m long with a small clear water lake at the back.
Absolutely amazing place - warmly recommend.
