Hotel staffs not so helpful, also waiters in the restaurant. Need to increase more hospitality value

But inside it is a different story
The rooms are dark, with old furniture and dirty carpet, very dirty bathroom, especially the shower walls
bathroom door only closed if banged
fridge did not work
tv channels – Turkish and two English
very, very bad internet connection
food very low standard, no taste, no quality
the desk staff does not speak good English, most of them do not understand or do not want to help – eg, for the internet issue, they said it was solved, but it last for the whole stay,
the manager is the same, this lady speaks a poor English and also she screams to guests
Would definitely not stay here again by choice, much better hotels in the area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the largest hotel in Cappadocia. Comfortable rooms with minibar and aircondition. In winter central heating works perfect too. There is a spa, sauna. Foods are open buffet but mostly Turkish cuisine. Hotel is also close to baloon area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay here for couple of nights. Breakfast & Dinner Buffet are not bad at all. Lots of cats around restaurant. Friendly staffs. Free and speedy wifi. Too bad that we have to pay to use fitness center as it is in the spa area.
Located in Cappadocia but there's nothing around but a small village.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the most interesting hotel I had ever slept. The walls were unique like the all hotel. The food was perfect, we liked it a lot. We slept only one night in this hotel because we were on a trip from our hotel. We came to see the love valley, the pigeon valley, the fairy chimneys, the hot air balloons ?

Great food ? comfortable cave room and so much snow !!
The family enjoyed every moment we spent in Cappadocia and Dilek Kaya Hotel. Will surely come back for more.
