★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a beautiful place. Serenity in the middle of the city's hustle and bustle. Highly recommend to see it all the way till the end the artificial valley and fountains in the center are lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s quiet like you are not in the city but somewhere. Dikmen Valley Park is very nice recreation area for the ones who live in that area. I don’t see any point of going there otherwise. It is very hilly and middle of the valley is mostly flat I can say. But, there are lots of ponds. It is very clean, well-kept, safe. There is also designated path for running/walking.
