Веднага бях приет, направиха ми преглед и ме поставиха на системи. За около час всичко мина. Възхитен съм от професионализма, приятелското отношение и бързината на целия екип! Благодаря на всички и им пожелавам да са все така усмихнати и прекрасни специалисти ! С огромно уважение: Васил Тодоров. I was vacationing in Aurum Moon, Didim from 9/30 to 8/10/2016. On 3.10 I received a medical problem and on 5.10 I was transported to the clinic. Immediately I was accepted, they gave me a review and put me on systems. In about an hour everything went. I am delighted with the professionalism, friendly attitude and speed of the whole team! Thanks to everyone and I wish them all the smiles and wonderful professionals! İnsanlar daha fazla ne bekliyor onu anlayamıyorum Don't believe what is said. Doctors are really caring and kind people, treatments and care are really nice. Kind of like an emergency. I don't understand what people expect more

Für eine Untersuchung bei einem sieben Jährigen wegen 38.7 Fieber und eine Paracetamol Infusion verlangte sich diese Klinik 500,-€ Die zwei Mädels (Arzthelferinen) und auch der Mann (Cemal) der uns mit dem PKW am Hotel abgeholt und wieder zurück gebracht hat waren sehr hilfsbereit und Nett. Auch die Ärztin (kam auch mit dem PKW) war ok, nur das Sie ein Antibiotika (mit Amoksicilin) verschrieben hat, worauf unser Sohn allergisch ist, was wir ihr aber vorher gesagt haben. Haben dann keins genommen, da die Ärztin auch sofort (nach 5 Minuten Untersuchung) wieder weg war. Das Rezept lag aber schon fertig ausgefüllt am Empfang. Leider alles mit einem Bösen Beigeschmack. Am schlimmsten war aber der Klinik Manager, der meiner Frau mit der Polizei gedroht hat (war uns aber egal) war Total lächerlich, da wir den Betrag nicht zahlen wollten, um erst am nächsten Tag das ganze von unserer Reisekrankenversicherung prüfen zu lassen. Gastfreundschaft leider fehl am Platz. Man wartet förmlich darauf, dass jemand Krank wird um ihn dann abzuzocken. Der Klinik Manager, sollte seine Art und sein Auftreten ändern. Auf jeden Fall ist es nicht zu empfehlen, sich dort behandeln zu lassen!!! Wie gesagt, reinste Abzocke!!! Man kann leider keine Null Sterne geben, deshalb ein Stern mit der Hoffnung, dass anderen dieses Auftreten erspart bleibt. So macht Urlaub in der Türkei leider definitiv keinen Spaß, obwohl viele Menschen sehr nett sind!!! Pure rip-off! For an examination of a seven year old because of a 38.7 fever and a paracetamol infusion, this clinic asked for € 500 The two girls (doctor's assistants) and the man (Cemal) who picked us up at the hotel and brought us back were very helpful and nice. The doctor (also came by car) was ok, only that she prescribed antibiotics (with amoxicilin), which our son is allergic to, which we told her beforehand. Didn't take one because the doctor was gone immediately (after 5 minutes of examination). The recipe was already filled out at reception. Unfortunately everything with a bad taste. Worst of all, however, was the clinic manager who threatened my wife with the police (but we didn't care) was totally ridiculous, as we didn't want to pay the amount so that our travel health insurance only checked the whole thing the next day. Hospitality is unfortunately out of place. You literally wait for someone to get sick and then rip them off. The clinic manager should change his style and demeanor. In any case, it is not recommended to be treated there !!! As I said, pure rip-off! Unfortunately, you cannot give zero stars, therefore a star with the hope that others will be spared this occurrence. Unfortunately, there is definitely no vacation in Turkey like this Fun, even though a lot of people are very nice !!!

Girişte danışma bölümündeki kişi bize 170₺ muayene ücreti olduğunu uygulanacak tedaviye göre tedavinin ücretinin ayrıca alınacağını ve sgk anlaşmalarının olmadığını bize söyledi. Tüm bunlara rağmen doktora danışmak için kendisinden rica da bulunduk. 3-5 dk lık arayışın ardından doktor olduğunu düşündüğümüz birisi gelip bütün suratsızlığı ile problemi sordu ben de durumu anlatıp kronik olan rahatsızlığım için hep uygulanan vakum tedavisini yaptırmak istediğimi söyledim. Biz de vakum yok yıkarız dedi. Ben de kulağımı yıkatmıyorum ben dedim sırtını döndü ve gitti cevap bile vermedi geçmiş olsun vs üzgünüm gibi temennileri bir kenara bırakın cansız bi nesneye davranır gibi döndü gitti. Uzun uzadıya anlattım ama çok önemli bi sıkıntınız vs yoksa aman aman gitmeyin belkide kendilerine döviz bırakmayacağımız için kendi ülkemiz de insan muamelesi bile yapmadılar bize inş bir daha gitmek zorunda kalmam. The chemist was so concerned he called his friend a doctor . Told me to sit down and the doctor would be minutes . A car arrived to take me to the doctor and I ended up at this medical centre.I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there . All there interested in is using your holiday insurance for payment for treatment . When I said I wanted to pay for them putting a little cream on 4 bites I was told The bill was £200.00 . I reluctantly paid with being in a foreign country but after Talking to the local business people I was told this was extortionate and shouldn’t have paid it .all I spoke to said they would tell all people to stay well clear of both the chemist and the medical centre as it seemed very dodgy. This experience has put me off returning to altinkum In my opinion Stay well clear of both the chemist and the medical centre .
