Don't go if your expectations are high. The hotel is very old, neglected and mediocre in terms of cleanliness. The sheets and towels are clean, but the rooms are also clean. It is very difficult to see yourself in mirrors. Mask distance rules are not applied. There is a communal fridge that does not work. Besides, the hotel is close to Altinkum beach, the sea is very nice, ideal for children, the pool is clean and has a nice depth. I think that the authorities should take these comments into account and check and inspect whether the rules of cleanliness and hygiene are observed. Thank you

Hello, first of all, although I do not have the opportunity to stay, I definitely do not recommend this hotel. We made a reservation for 2 nights and 3 days on July 12 and deposited 500 TL as a prepayment in the evening on the same day. They made a reservation first. The next day they called, there is a technical malfunction in the room, they said that we cannot give you the room in this way, we will cancel the reservation and refund the fee. We waited for days. When we searched, we could not find a person who spoke properly. Then the holidays intervened. After the holiday, they said that we will refund the fee within 15 days from the date of accommodation written in the contract. We waited again.. We waited. We are looking, no, not today. No, next week, this day. Not again. Finally, after exactly 1 month, they finally refunded the fee today. It can't be such a mess. Don't be fooled by the good reviews.
