★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bu zorlu COVID-19 günlerinde Ankara'dan Didim'e yolculuk yaptık ve çok memnun kaldık. Sürekli kolonya ve dezenfektan veriliyordu, yolcuların hepsinde maske vardı.
2+1 bir otobüstü ve koltukları çok geniş, rahattı. Biz bu zor günlerde memnun kaldık ve ileriki zamanlarda tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir firma.
During these challenging COVID-19 days, we traveled from Ankara to Didim and we were very satisfied. Cologne and disinfectant were given all the time, and all passengers were wearing masks.
It was a 2 + 1 bus and the seats were very large and comfortable. We are satisfied in these difficult days and it is a company we will prefer again in the future.

Employees of Didim Seyahat (especially women) working in İzmir bus station are sulky and respond to customers with a nervous style.In terms of customer satisfaction, these people should be taken to an in-service training course and informed about interpersonal communication. People looking at the phone say that we do not need to book a place and say there is no place when we come to the bus station.
