 I waited for my order for 1 hour and when I called at the end of 1 hour, they said that it was still not prepared and they would prepare and send it in 5 minutes. Edit: they brought the order wrong. (It was delicious)

4 friends came to eat toast. First of all, our toasts came late. 1 person arrived half an hour later. The friend who made the toast was overly sullen. The customer showed a happy face. It was the worst toast I have ever eaten.

I don't have a clue about the taste, but when ordering, I only ordered chicken, potato ketchup and mayonnaise, and the order was filled with green pickles. I really didn't expect this from the Didim buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ enüst kata çıkıp oturduk garsonun yüzünden düşen bin parça siparişimiz sadece bir dürüm dönerdi mekanda çok yoğunluk olmamasına rağmen 20 dakikada geldi lezzetine birşey demiyorum ama ilgi alaka sıfır.
We went up to the top floor and sat down. Our order for a thousand pieces, which fell from the waiter's face, was only one wrap. It came in 20 minutes, even though the place was not very busy, I do not say anything about its taste, but the interest is zero.

When it comes to where to eat toast in Rize, it is the place that comes to mind immediately. I usually stop by once a week. I recommend the Atom toast. The last time I stopped by, there wasn't much negative except that we called the waiter. Believe me, you won't be able to sit all day long, even if the prices are reasonable.

İlk defa demediğim bir restorant fastfood cafe fakat verdğimiz tavuk döner siparişinde karşılaştığım sorunlar;
1 Tavuk yenemeyecek seviyede kuruydu.
2 Tavukda yüksek miktarda yağlı deri mevcuttu
3 Müşteri istekleri anlaşılır seviyede net şekilde dinlenmiyor ve karşılanmıyor.
4 Yaşadığımız durumu bildirmeme rağmen çözüm bulunması yerine yönetici tarafından aksi iddia edildi.
Şahsıma göre fazlasıyla geliştirilmeli müşteri memnuniyeti + kalite açısından kalitesiz bir seviyede.

Hello;
It is a restaurant fast food cafe that I did not say for the first time, but the problems I encountered while ordering chicken doner kebab;
1 Chicken was so dry that it was inedible.
2 Chicken had a high amount of oily skin
3 Customer requests are not clearly heard and met at an understandable level.
4 Although I reported the situation we were experiencing, the manager claimed otherwise instead of finding a solution.
According to me, it should be improved a lot. It is at a poor quality level in terms of customer satisfaction + quality.
