The location, concept and service quality of the hotel is at a very high level and the sea is simply perfect ... Even the sea alone may be the reason for the hotel. The only downside is that the daytime and evening events are below average. A hotel that I will consider going to and even recommend.

I am Özlem Kadi, we entered on 10.08.2020. Today, our 3rd day hotel deserves 5 stars, its food, cleanliness, hygiene are perfect, the rooms are clean, they do not let the dining hall without a mask when it comes to the pandemic. They serve everything airy themselves. They have taken all precautions. There are disinfectants all over the hotel. Long story short AMAZING, great entertainment, I thank ANIMATOR PAŞA for his interest. If you are looking for a holiday, come without thinking. We had a 5-day reservation, we could hardly stay for 2 days. We came out with a fight, they returned 3 days. They said we do not buy more than 50%, it was 100% full, and the customers in other hotels came in the morning and went to bed in the evening because of the better facilities of this hotel. Food was too bad to be eaten, we were hungry. If you go to dinner early, you cannot find a place, if you get a little late you cannot find food. Even the simplest hamburger could not be eaten. Only the sea is beautiful. I definitely do not recommend it.

Facility number 10 only organization level 1 I could not see the pool people, for example, people enter the pool with their drinks. They put a towel on 2 sunbeds and leave. You go up and down 3 beaches, but the beach is dirty, so let me tell you, the water leaks from above and this makes the sand beach mud. 4 hotels I think we can say that facilities are not enough when 350 400 rooms are fully occupied. Especially breakfast is troubled about 5 flavors. 6 drinks outside of the brands we know 7 room air conditioning is central but it is never enough, it was very hot, I was sweat and this problem should be solved. Again, I say that the facility is very nice and a few lack of organization has brought this situation. There is a lack of administrator.

The rooms are kept clean and the floor staff is also interested in requests. We had a hot water problem in the room in the evening. Emel Hanım was very interested in the issue in customer relations and her approach to us compensated this problem. Ultimately, the problem was resolved. It would be better to notify the hotel staff as soon as possible in case of any problems. Self-service has been removed due to COVID-19 measures. Naturally, this causes a queue for meals. This situation needs to be understood with understanding. Good variety of food and delicious food. COVID-19 measures are a bit weak. This practice started on Tuesday, while there was no mask at the entrance to the restaurant from Saturday when we checked in to the hotel. The hotel is quite crowded and the social distance rules are unfortunately violated by holidaymakers. Despite warnings, it is not observed. Although there is disinfectant at the entrances, it can be put on every table, especially in the restaurant. Overall, the price-performance relationship is excellent.
