It is one of the best villas in Diyarbakır. Silvan is on the way to university by road. Just behind the azc villas are located. It is a place in the green areas in the forest areas.

Bunun yanı sıra evlerde yeterli yeşil alan olsada sokata çok büyük bir yeşil alan bulunmamaktadır . Dicle üniversitesinde yakinsayilabilecek bir konumda olan Dicle vadi evleri aynı zamanda yolada yakın olmasın avantaj ve dezavantajlarini barındırmaktadır . Bunlardan en önemlisi ise yoldan gelen gürültü nün bahçede hisedilmesidir. Havuzları yüzmek için yeterli sayılabilecek bir boyuta fakat çokta büyük sayılmaz.
Although the Tigris valley houses are tidy and beautiful, unfortunately, it has not escaped the eyes that they have problems with parking. In addition to this , although there is sufficient green space in the houses , there is not a very large green area in the street . Dicle valley houses, which are in a position close to Dicle University, also have the advantages and disadvantages of not being close to the road. The most important of these is to feel the noise from the road in the garden. The pools are of a size that can be considered sufficient for swimming, but not too big.
